At dough and Deer, We are truly passionate about quality food. Our pizzas are crafted using only the finest and freshest ingredients to create a Neapolitan style pizza that you are guaranteed to love!

Our dough; We use a sour dough style base which gives our pizzas their unique flavour, we use a long fermented yeast and proof our dough for up to 72 hours which means our crusts taste so good you could eat them on their own!

Tomato Sauce; Our sauce is a very simple recipe which is created using the San Marzano tomato, These bad boys are not easy to find and come at a cost but we truly believe in using the best ingredients we can and these will blow your socks off!

The San Marzano is believed to be the sweetest tasting tomato in the world we just add a pinch of salt and some fresh basil and that is perfect! 

Our toppings; our pizza toppings vary from week-to-week, season-to-season but we aim to use sustainably sourced ingredients to create unique, mouthwateringly good toppings that will keep you wanting more! 

Our Venison; Ah, now it makes sense! the name dough&deer was inspired by our four legged friends near by in bushy park, our signature dish is a speciality venison pizza and, wow, it tastes good!

Our venison comes from our friends in Scotland at the great glen charcuterie whose award winning venison salami tastes amazing! you must try our doughy deer pizza!
