Firstly, send us an email or complete the form here and tell us a little bit about your event. For us to be able provide an accurate quote its useful to know the date, the venue or a rough idea of location, the number of people you wish to feed and a brief overview of the event.
Receive a quote
Once we receive your enquiry, we will check that we are available on that date and then using the information provided we will send you a quote with our suggestions for the type of service you may require. This will include our recommended Pizza quantities and serving times.
Finalise Details
If you would like to go ahead and secure the date, we charge a 10% deposit. The full balance is then due 2 weeks prior to the event. On booking we will ask you to confirm the finer details such as serving time, your Pizza choices and names (The fun bit!). Final details are then confirmed two weeks before the event as things often change.
